| ORDERING FAQ: Q: Where are you located? A: Our real-world store is at the Mütter Museum of The College of Physicians of Philadelphia. Our beautiful historic building is located in Center City Philadelphia at 19 S. 22nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Our online location is right here! Begin shopping by clicking on the "Store Front" link above. Q: What are your store hours? A: The Mütter Museum Store is open the same hours as the Mütter Museum. 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, 7 days a week. The Mütter Museum and the Mütter Museum Store are CLOSED on the following days: Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day New Years Day Q: Can I visit the store without visiting the museum? A: Yes. We welcome you to visit the store only, just be sure to check in with the front desk receptionist when you arrive. Q: When I order online, is my information secure? A: Yes. Our shopping cart uses SSL encryption and is completely secure, and your information will never be shared with anyone outside of our organization. Q: What credit/debit cards do you accept? A: We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover cards. Q: Do you have a credit card minimum? A: Absolutely not! Q: How is shipping calculated? A: Shipping rates are calculated according to your order total. See the tables below for the options available at checkout:  Other shipping options may be arranged upon request. If you need something other than the above, please e-mail our Store Manager for a quote and payment instructions before placing your order.
